Atlantic League adds Brooke Knows Ball to DugoutTV lineup
Brooke Knows Ball joined DugoutTV in an Atlantic League announcement on July 31, adding another creator voice to the league’s digital feed. The move is less a personnel note than a test of how far the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball can push direct-to-fan coverage around its clubs, players and nightly action.
The league has positioned DugoutTV as its digital streaming network, tied to HomeTeam Network, and the Brooke Knows Ball addition extends that rollout. The Atlantic League first announced DugoutTV on June 2, and by then more than two dozen content providers had already been linked to the platform, including Brooke Knows Ball, The Craftsman’s Work and Baseball America. That gives the July 31 note a different meaning: it is not a one-off signup, but another layer in a larger media buildout.
For an independent league, the strategy is straightforward. Team sites and league recaps can deliver scores, but they rarely create the kind of personality-driven, shareable programming that travels well on streaming feeds and social platforms. Brooke Knows Ball gives DugoutTV another voice that can help turn a late-July stretch run into something fans can follow between games, with promotion, recaps and conversation around the people on the field rather than just the final line score.
That matters in a league where visibility is part of the product. Atlantic League clubs play long summers, often in front of audiences that are not in the ballpark every night, and the league has leaned into content to keep those teams, players and storylines in circulation. DugoutTV has already picked up other additions, including Diamond Sports content and The Craftsman’s Work, showing that the Atlantic League is building a network of baseball brands rather than a single broadcast feed.

The timing also fits the league’s broader identity. Major League Baseball designated the Atlantic League its first Partner League on Sept. 23, 2020, and the circuit has continued to market itself as a place for innovation on the field and off it. A DugoutTV-HTN internship posting underlines that this is becoming an ongoing operation, not a temporary promotion.
Brooke Knows Ball’s arrival on DugoutTV signals what the Atlantic League wants next from its media arm: not just game coverage, but creator-led storytelling that can make an independent league feel more immediate, more accessible and easier to follow night after night.
