Big Kick Energy tops The IncrediBALLS, stays unbeaten at 4-0
Big Kick Energy turned a matchup of early contenders into another line in the win column, beating The IncrediBALLS 11-5 at Bloomfield Field 1 and staying unbeaten at 4-0-0. The six-run margin was enough to separate the teams without turning the night into a runaway, and it gave Big Kick Energy a cleaner look as the league race began to sort itself out.
The scoreboard mattered because the records matched the moment. The IncrediBALLS entered at 3-1-0, which meant this was not just a hot team rolling over an overmatched opponent. It was a test between two clubs that had already built momentum, and Big Kick Energy handled it with the sharper finish.
That result fits the start Big Kick Energy has put together. It opened the summer by beating Kickballers 11-3 on June 24 and followed with a 7-0 shutout of HDR on July 1 before taking down The IncrediBALLS on July 8. The IncrediBALLS had also been moving with purpose before this loss, opening with a 6-4 win over Udders Down on June 17, edging Mean Girls 8-6 on June 24 and beating Just Happy to Be Here 12-4 on July 1.

The game was played in the 6:30 PM slot at Bloomfield Field 1 as part of PSL Summer '26 Kickball - Wednesdays at Bloomfield, which started on June 17 and runs through August 5 before playoffs on August 12. The schedule leaves no mystery about the stakes: only the top four teams advance, so every early result carries weight in a compact summer slate.
PSL lists the format as 10 vs. 10 kickball with a four gender minority minimum, and participants must be 18 or older and PUMP members in good standing. That structure gives the league a defined adult rec feel, and Big Kick Energy’s start looks more and more like the kind that can hold up when the bracket tightens.

For now, the unbeaten team owns the best resume in Bloomfield. The IncrediBALLS still look competitive, but Big Kick Energy left Wednesday with the clearer claim to league favorite status.
