Big League Wiffle Ball has locked its 2026 World Series into ESPN’s Wide World of Sports in Orlando, Florida, giving the league’s championship a showcase setting that matches its pro-style image. The event is set for Friday, Aug. 7 at 10:00 a.m. ET, and the league is positioning it as a live event with national reach, not just another niche stop on a summer calendar.

The ticket page lists the World Series as free and open to the public, while also showing general-admission tickets at $10 and saying youth under 13 are free. It also says the event will air on ESPN2 and ESPN8: The Ocho, a broadcast setup that pushes the league well beyond the confines of a typical local tournament. A Sling TV listing also identifies ESPN2 coverage for Aug. 7, reinforcing that the championship will be programmed as televised sports content.

The league’s own Instagram profile describes Big League Wiffle Ball as “America’s First Professional Wiffle® Ball League,” and the account showed about 23.6K followers and 730 following. That audience is still modest, but the venue choice and TV placement give the World Series a scale the sport rarely gets.
