Central Jersey Kickball reveals 2026 teams before season starts

Central Jersey Kickball put its 2026 teams on display in an Aug. 5 Instagram reel, giving players and followers a first look at the league’s lineup before the season begins. The post came from cjkickball_llc, the league’s Instagram account, and marked the kind of preseason rollout that turns a roster reveal into an early gauge of rivalry and balance.

The league’s website backs up that organized feel. It includes tabs for Schedule, Photos, Teams, Standings, Login and Register, and its registration page says the deadline has passed and registration is closed, with a note to check back for future seasons. Central Jersey Kickball describes itself in three words, “Kickball. Community. Competition.”

The league’s Facebook presence places it in Union Beach, where it lists 515 Edmunds Ave. as the playing site and says games are held on Sundays at 10:00 a.m. That page also calls Central Jersey Kickball “Monmouth County's Favorite Adult Kickball League.” One post there said “All Season 5 starts 9/26/25,” a reminder that the league operates on a regular seasonal cycle rather than as a one-off gathering.

Gee Sports has also tied itself to the league, saying it partners with Central Jersey Kickball League and that the operation is led by “4-time Gee League Champion, Matt Lecomte.” That kind of affiliation gives the Central Jersey brand a more structured profile, with leadership and outside backing that fit a recurring competitive league.

The team reveal also lands inside a crowded adult kickball market in New Jersey and beyond. OutLoud Sports has a Central Jersey page for queer+ sports leagues, while ZogSports, Volo Sports, Heyday Athletic, NJ Coed Sports and NJ Play Sports all advertise kickball in the state. The United States Gay Sports Network says there are 97 kickball leagues played in 78 cities and 40 states plus Washington, D.C., a sign that Central Jersey’s preseason rollout is part of a much larger regional and national circuit.
