Hudson Saville carried the Hillside Hornets into Week 3 with eight scoreless across three games, and the 4-2 club sat in first place for the first time in franchise history. In a four-team Auburn Wiffleball league built only months ago, that kind of start has already changed the shape of the standings.

The league’s homepage put Saville at the center of the push, pairing his Week 3 shutout run with the Hornets’ rise to the top. It also tracked the early production that helped build the lead: Levi Saville drove in four RBI in Week 1, Hudson Saville delivered a three-run tank bat flip, and the team page listed Hudson Saville with 8 RBI and a 0.92 ERA. The Summer 2026 schedule sets both the trade deadline and the contract extension deadline for 7:00 p.m. on July 5, giving the league one more pressure point before the standings can harden.
