Let’s Go Padel opens six-court venue in Enniskillen Friday
Let’s Go Padel opened its new Enniskillen venue on Friday on Tempo Road, bringing six courts into play, including two built for singles matches. Courts at the site were set to be bookable from 9am until 11pm, giving Fermanagh players a long daily window to get on court.
The opening gives Enniskillen another permanent padel base at a time when the sport is moving fast beyond its first footholds in Northern Ireland. In just about three years, the local scene has expanded from almost nothing to 15-plus venues, turning what was once a niche import into a small but growing network with real depth.

That matters in a place like Enniskillen, where access has still depended on a handful of early adopters and hospitality-led facilities. Killyhevlin Lakeside Hotel & Lodges, also in Enniskillen, says it was the first hotel in Northern Ireland to bring padel to Fermanagh, and it describes the sport as being played in more than 60 countries by more than 10 million people. Padel 54 in Moira has also helped establish a foothold for regular play outside Belfast, while new venues in Carryduff and Ballyclare have widened the map further.
Let’s Go Padel has been one of the most aggressive developers in that expansion. The company previously outlined plans for 50 new courts across Northern Ireland in 2025, and later talked about a bigger ambition of 100 new courts plus a professional arena that could hold up to 300 fans. The Enniskillen launch fits that broader push toward a more mature market, one where court supply, venue variety and playing hours are starting to look less like an experiment and more like infrastructure.

For Enniskillen, the real test will be usage. A six-court site with singles options and late-night access is built for more than one-off curiosity, and its placement on Tempo Road gives the town a dedicated padel destination rather than a temporary novelty. In a region where the sport has been building venue by venue, that is the kind of opening that can anchor a lasting local scene.
