London P1 lands on TNT Sports as padel expands in Britain
Warner Bros Discovery has secured domestic rights for London Premier Padel P1, giving Britain’s first professional padel tour stop a live home on TNT Sports and HBO Max. The package pairs broadcast reach with retail muscle, as Decathlon comes in as the event’s official sports retail partner.
London Premier Padel P1 will run from 4 to 9 August 2026 at Olympia London, with six days of elite padel staged in The Grand Hall. Ticketmaster UK has matches beginning on 4 August at London Olympia, and Premier Padel has framed the tournament as the historical first edition of London Premier Padel P1, a clear marker that this is being built as part of the tour, not as a one-off exhibition.
The timing of the television deal matters because TNT Sports has moved from discovery+ to HBO Max as of 26 March 2026, which puts the London event inside WBD’s wider UK and Ireland streaming setup. WBD Sports said the London Premier Padel P1 coverage will be live on TNT Sports and HBO Max, giving the tournament both linear television exposure and a streaming route for viewers who are still learning the sport’s rhythms, scoring and rivalries.

Decathlon’s role gives the event a second commercial lane. Its London P1 material brands the retailer as the official sports retail partner and describes the tournament as the world’s biggest padel tour coming to the capital. That links the broadcast audience directly to equipment sales and beginner participation, the sort of connection padel has needed as courts, clubs and venues have multiplied across the UK.
The company’s Premier Padel history suggests London is part of a broader push rather than a standalone sponsorship. Decathlon Italy partnered with Milano Premier Padel P1 through the Kuikma brand in 2022, and by 2024 it had become the official store of the Qatar Airways Premier Padel Finals after earlier activations in Seville, Málaga and Madrid. London now extends that pattern into a market where padel is still converting curiosity into regular participation.

Taken together, the TV rights, the retail tie-up and the Olympia London staging show how far the sport has moved in Britain. London P1 is not just bringing star players and fast rallies to a new venue; it is giving padel the broadcast footprint and consumer pathway it needs if the UK boom is going to outlast a single branded debut.
