The championships are Dodgeball Canada’s annual foam tournament, which brings together qualified club teams from across the country to compete for the top spot. For 2026, Dodgeball Hub listed the event for May 14-17 at Markham Pan Am Centre in Markham, Ontario, with four divisions and 7-inch foam. Dodgeball Canada also had teams building toward the event well before the start, with registration announced as open and rosters due by April 20, 2026.

The reel itself kept the recap compressed. Its text included the line “DODGEBALL CLUB 16-18. SCARFACE 66 THOMAS 9 DOUKEY 40,” a scoreboard-style fragment that paired the result card with Scarface, Thomas and Doukey. The post did not spell out a full play-by-play, but those names and numbers were the clearest individual markers tied to the team’s championship output.

That framing matters because fourth place at this level still reflects a team that stayed in the mix deep into a national field. The club did not present the result as a consolation prize.
