USA Dodgeball updates 2026 Premier Tour with key location changes

USA Dodgeball updated its 2026 Premier Tour schedule with “several key changes to locations,” a move that immediately reshapes how clubs budget, travel and build toward national seeding across the season. For teams chasing points, the geography matters as much as the date on the calendar: a stop within driving range can be the difference between a full roster and a shortened entry, while longer flights to places like Portland and Salt Lake City raise the cost of staying in the race.

The official tournament directory now lists Premier Tour stops in Minneapolis, Birmingham, Portland, Salt Lake City and Dallas. Minneapolis is set for March 21-22, Portland for May 23-24, Birmingham for June 6-7 at the Finley Center, Salt Lake City for July 11-12, and Dallas for Aug. 1-2 in Grapevine, Texas. That run stretches the tour across the spring and summer, giving clubs in the Upper Midwest and the South a different travel load than teams that will need to cross multiple time zones to keep pace.

The location changes also affect who can realistically chase the national circuit from one stop to the next. Teams based near Birmingham, Minneapolis or Dallas will have a shorter path to at least one Premier Tour weekend, while programs from the West Coast or Mountain West may face heavier flight and hotel costs if they want to stay active in the standings. Because the Premier Tour feeds competitive standing, those travel decisions can shape preparation timelines, roster availability and how aggressively clubs target early results before the final push.

USA Dodgeball has also kept the tour organized through its central tournaments hub and stop-specific pages, including the Salt Lake City Premier Tour page and the Birmingham and Minneapolis listings. That structure matters in a season when the schedule is still being adjusted, because clubs need the latest official stop information before booking buses, rooms and flights. The federation’s 2026 National Championships are already set as a three-day tournament Sept. 4-6 at Wintrust Sports Complex, giving the Premier Tour a clear finish line and raising the value of every stop along the way.
