The club entered at 44-31 and had won six of its last seven games and 12 of its last 15, even as multiple long winning streaks had just come to an end. Instead of letting that slowdown linger, York answered with one of its most complete performances of the summer, a result that kept the Revolution firmly in the Atlantic League race and showed they could reset quickly after a rare stumble.

The timing made the win feel different. On July 15, the Atlantic League announced its Mid-Season All-Star Team, and York placed three players on it: Jacob Teter, Brandon Lewis and Braden Scott.
