30. Tyson Fury vs. Otto Wallin
Fury appeared in some of the best fights of the 21st century. The Mancunian fought Sweden’s Wallin after his infamous draw with Deontay Wilder but didn’t foresee the difficulties ahead. Wallin wasn’t intimidated by Fury’s reputation and brought the fight to the lineal heavyweight champion. However, Fury was lucky because he suffered a bad cut in the third round. Fury took the decision but the fight was in the balance.
This was because the doctor ruled that a punch caused the cut, not a clash of heads. If the doctor ruled the cut was too severe for Fury to continue, then, Wallin would be the winner by TKO. Furthermore, Wallin didn’t hold back and gave his all against his opponent. Fury’s class shone through, but this wasn’t the result the former champion expected. However, it was fantastic for the fans.
