34. Nick Saban
The long-serving coach of the Alabama Crimson Tide, Saban is one of the greatest minds in college football. Despite the longevity of his career and his success, Saban only spent a short period in the NFL. His first major job in the pro-game was as defensive coordinator for the Cleveland Browns. Meanwhile, his only head coaching role was his two seasons in charge of the Miami Dolphins.

It’s no secret that he isn’t welcome in Miami because of the way he left them. Saban led the Dolphins to two losing seasons before jumping ship for Alabama. After Alabama sacked Mike Shula, everybody thought that they wanted Saban. However, Saban repeatedly denied interest in the job before leaving Miami without telling anybody. It was embarrassing for everybody involved.
