39. Ben Roethlisberger
‘Big Ben’ is a two-time Super Bowl winner, a future Hall of Famer, and an all-around legend overall. But he suffered one of the grimmest declines of 2020. A shoulder injury kept him out for all of 2019, but he rebounded in 2020 and reclaimed his place as the Steelers’ starting signal-caller. They even went on an 11-game winning streak that masked many of the problems the franchise had.

However, Pittsburgh had a lot of problems and Roethlisberger was one of them. Their last six games saw five losses and multiple Roethlisberger meltdowns. He was dreadful in their playoff clash against the Cleveland Browns and didn’t know what to do against a revived Baker Mayfield and co. It was sad to see, but this happens to many great quarterbacks.
