Take a quick look at Swift’s long dating history because something becomes obvious very quickly. The pop icon doesn’t typically date sports stars. Usually, she opts for actors like Joe Alwyn or Jake Gyllenhaal or singers like Harry Styles and John Mayer. She’s more interested in creative individuals than athletes.

Yes, in 2023 there were links to the Lakers Justin Reaves as well as Formula 1 legend Fernando Alonso. In the end, these rumors fizzled out as she dated The 1975‘s Matt Healy. Kelce appears to be a real fan but unfortunately, his connection with Swift probably won’t go beyond that. We all have types and that’s part of why he struck out.

Kelce is a brilliant player but he sometimes allows his emotions to get the better of him. He regularly calls out officials and once shoved a football into Kyle Van Noy’s crotch. It’s not the ideal way to start a new relationship because they’d never have time to talk to each other.
