Dallas watched this with curious eyes and hope that Pollard can fill a similar role. Amari Cooper left during the offseason so there’s a chance for him to explode.

Ezekiel Elliot is still the main man in Dallas for better or for worse. But Pollard will enjoy more opportunities because Cooper isn’t standing in his way. He played in 15 games in 2021 but didn’t start one. Now there’s a chance that he’ll have a breakout year and this will please the fans (via Sporting News).

Nobody has a bigger chip on their shoulder in 2022 than Mayfield. Even his critics admitted that Cleveland treated him appalling as they pushed him out the door and signed an alleged sexual abuser. But the Panthers offered him a shot at redemption and made him their starter.
