Detroit firmly believes that they selected the best player in the 2022 Draft. Hutchinson became the second-overall pick and carries the expectations of the franchise on his massive shoulders. The early signs are good that he’s set up for an immediate breakout in his rookie season.

Great preseason performances against the likes of the Falcons put smiles on Lions’ faces. Some players are immediately ready for the NFL and Hutchinson is one of them. Confidence is key for the former Michigan star but he can make a huge difference for the Lions (via Detroit Free Press).
