In 2015, the Dallas Cowboys star Greg Hardy became embroiled in a messy legal battle. His ex-girlfriend accused him of battery but failed to show for the second court date. This was despite the publication of photographs of her battered face. In 2019, Conor McGregor stunned the world with a scandalous action. After an elderly man rejected a free shot of the Irishman’s whiskey, he found himself on the receiving end of a punch. “I can take a punch,” the man told the Irish Post. “It was sore for about a week.
