12. Orlando Magic – 1995
The Magic typically sit in the middle of the pack. When they make the playoffs nobody expects much from them. However, they had an exciting roster in 1995 and made it to the Finals. A young Shaquille O’Neal helped them blaze their way into contention.

Meanwhile, Houston remains one of the worst teams to win the Finals in NBA history. Their points differential and record were appalling in comparison to the other teams. Yet, they still swept Orlando in style as they won four straight games. It shouldn’t have happened but Hakeem Olajuwon waged a one-man war (via USA Today).
