24. John Ross III
Ross broke the NFL Combine record for the fastest 40-yard dash in 2017 with an electrifying 4.22 second time. However, that was probably the height of his NFL experience because he flopped for the Bengals. They made him an early-first-round pick that season. It’s a shame but it didn’t work out. Finally, Ross left and signed with the Giants as he tried to rebuild his career.

Marvin Lewis never gave Ross a proper chance in his rookie year. Things went better for the sophomore wideout as he started 13 games. But then his inconsistencies came back to life. He failed to convince his organization that he had a future at the top. They traded this first-round bust to the Giants after accepting that he was their worst draft mistake of the last decade (via Overtime Heroics).
