Orlando Brown Jr.
Brown is a controversial figure in Kansas City after a summer of convoluted contract negotiations. He missed their entire offseason program because he couldn’t agree on terms with the franchise. In the end, he signed the franchise tag and committed his services to the Chiefs for another season (via Arrowhead Pride).

This puts Brown in a tricky position because he didn’t receive the deal he wanted. Furthermore, there is pressure on the left tackle because fans don’t forget these moments. More pragmatic supporters indeed understand that this is a business but some won’t forgive him if he doesn’t play well. There’s a chance the Chiefs will have to pay him even more money next offseason than they would have this year, but he has to prove he’s worth it on the field first.
