14. Kyle Lowry (Drafted 24th Overall In 2006)
It took a few years for Kyle Lowry to adjust to the NBA upon being drafted in 2006. However, he has since proven himself as one of the best NBA Draft steals in history due to his work since 2010. From this point to the present day, Lowry has averaged around 15 points per game with a few years seeing him average 20 or more.
He was able to land on the All-NBA Third Team in 2016 and Lowry has also managed to be an NBA All-Star 5 times thus far. This past season, he was also instrumental in helping the Toronto Raptors win the 2019 NBA Championship, the first in franchise history.
