30. Devin Booker (Drafted 13th Overall In 2015)
Coming out of Kentucky, he was one of several players that left the university for the NBA in 2015. However, Booker was a scoring machine with the Wildcats, despite coming off the bench. This is likely why he landed 13th overall for the Phoenix Suns. Booker proved he was one of the best NBA Draft steals ever when he began dominating as a scorer in the Western Conference.
Since 2016, he has put up 22 points per game without faltering. His best year thus far was this past season (2018-2019) when he put up just over 26 points per game on average. He even averaged just under 7 assists this past season as well. Booker is going to be a force in the NBA for years to come, that is for certain.
