15. DeAndre Jordan (Drafted 25th Overall In 2008)
Not much was expected out of DeAndre Jordan when he made it to the NBA but he quickly proved to be one of the best NBA Draft steals in years. By 2011, people were seeing Jordan as a defensive threat who was also a risk to score. This resulted in Jordan leading the league in Field Goal percentage each year from 2012 to 2017 & lead the NBA in rebounding twice (2014, 2015).
Since 2013 Jordan has averaged around 13 rebounds and two blocks per game. This is likely why DeAndre has landed on the NBA All-Defensive First Team twice. He even made the All-NBA First Team and his first NBA All-Star appearance in 2017.
