He was arguably once the best backup quarterback in the NFL but now Bridgewater will be a starter again. After departing from New Orleans, Bridgewater will replace Cam Newton for the Carolina Panthers. He will also make a lot of money this year too.

The Panthers will pay Bridgewater $24 million this year as part of a three-year deal worth $63 million. In short, the 26-year-old has the chance to be a starter again after a frustrating time in New Orleans where he was never going to dislodge Drew Brees.
