26. Jon Rauch
If you don’t know the tallest player in MLB history, you do now. Rauch is the man who holds that record. Standing at 6′ 11″, he was ridiculously tall. The Kentucky native is an Olympic gold medalist and had a very respectable career in Major League baseball.

They say taller pitchers are better. Rauch wasn’t the best, but he definitely was decent. He played for the likes of the Washington Nationals and Minnesota Twins across his career. Overall, he starred in the MLB for 11 years. He earned notoriety in 2012 for pouring water on Matt Harvey. To sum up, he was a larger-than-life character in every sense of the word.
