13. Andy Fordham
Fordham might not seem like an athlete in the typical sense of the word. But this Englishman is a brilliant darts player and a former world champion, so we’re going to apply it to him. First of all, he won the 1999 Winmau World Masters and then the 2004 BDO World Darts Championship.

However, Fordham’s health has long been a concern. The Bristol native has weighed 434 lbs in the past. Furthermore, he also has a terrible drinking problem. On some nights he’d drink 28 bottles of lager. By 2004, his liver was 75% dead. This put him on the list for a transplant. Ironically, he was a track and field athlete in his younger days.
