36. Randy Johnson
There is a reason why fans nicknamed Johnson ‘The Big Unit.’ The MLB legend is a massive figure of a man. Standing at six feet ten inches tall, he was one of the tallest baseball players of his day. Meanwhile, he knew how to use his long arms to great effect. He was a ten-time All-Star because he had one of the best fastballs in the sport. That’s why he also holds the record for most strikeouts by a lefthander.

It’s not a surprise that he made the Hall of Fame because he achieved so much in the sport. As a World Series champion and a five-time Cy Young award winner, he is one of MLB’s most decorated stars. Johnson spent most of his career with the Arizona Diamondbacks but also played for a number of other franchises. A larger-than-life figure on-and-off the field.
